How do I know if my order has been received?
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us shortly after placing an order on our website. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder first; otherwise, please reach out to us at orders@flawlesscurls.com and we'll be happy to help!

How do I change or cancel an order?
Send email to orders@flawlesscurls.com immediately. However, once it leaves our warehouse you must contact carrier to change an address.

How do I track my order?
For online orders, an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Still have a question? Email us at orders@flawlesscurls.com

What should I do if my tracking says "delivered" but I have not received my order?
Depending on which mail carrier is handling your package, some tracking numbers will show a package as “delivered” when it first arrives at the local facility, rather than at your doorstep. If your order doesn’t arrive to you after 3-5 business days of your tracking status showing “delivered,” please reach out to us at orders@flawlesscurls.com.

What if my item is damaged upon receipt?
Please contact our Customer Care team at orders@flawlesscurls.com. Please be prepared to provide a photo of the damaged item and packaging.

Who can I contact if I have questions about credit charges, my order or returns and refunds?
We are always here to help! You can e-mail us at orders@flawlesscurls.com. Where applicable, please mention your order number. If not available, be sure to include your full name and address, as it was listed at time of order placement.

Who do I contact for issues or questions for my order?
If you either have a question or experience an issue with your Buy with Prime order, contact us at orders@flawlesscurls.com. You'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to see your order status.

What is the Buy with Prime return policy?
Some Buy with Prime orders are eligible for return. To start a return, view your order status from the link in the email you received after you placed your order. You'll be able to begin the return process and print a USPS return label. For eligible orders, you will receive a full refund as long as the returned items are in resellable condition and returned within the return window. Does Flawless test its products on animals?
We never, ever test our products on animals.

What is the shelf life of Flawless products?
Our products have a shelf life of 1 year (12 months) unopened.

Do your products contain nuts?
While our formulas do not contain peanuts or any other tree nuts, many of our formulas do include natural and plant-based ingredients. Should you have any severe allergy, we encourage you to review the ingredient list of your desired product prior to purchasing. In addition, as with any new product, it is recommended to patch test products on a small area to test prior to general application. If you have a reaction, it is recommended to stop use of all products and contact your healthcare provider immediately.

I had an allergic reaction, what do I do?
Please discontinue use and consult your physician or medical care provider immediately. From there please contact us at info@flawlesscurls.com to let us know what product you used and the reaction you had. We always recommend performing a spot test prior to use if you feel you may have a heightened level of sensitivity.
